Free improvisation, post-rock, ambient, techno and jazz - these are a few of the musical genres that could define the project named GADAMER. However, at the heart of the project we find a keyboard and a cello, who interact within acoustic and electronic atmospheres. A contemporary and coherent sycretism: this is the essence of the duel - originally in the live format and now on record - that Andrea Manzoni and Zeno Gabaglio have chosen to draw, which also converges their own personal musical experiences. ______________________________________________________________ Improvvisazione libera, post-rock, ambient, techno e jazz: ecco alcuni dei generi con cui si potrebbe etichettare la musica del progetto Gadamer. Ma alla base di questa, quasi insostenibile, varietà musicale vi sono solo una tastiera e un archetto, sospesi tra l’acustico e l’elettronico. Un coerente sincretismo contemporaneo: questa è in sostanza la sfida – concertistica e ora discografica – che Andrea Manzoni e Zeno Gabaglio hanno scelto di abbracciare unificando le diversissime esperienze accumulate in anni di attività musicale. _________________________________________________________________ Freie Improvisation, Post-rock, Stimmungsklima, Techno und Jazz: hier einige Musikarten mit welchen das Gadamer's Musikprojekt gekennzeichnet werden kann. Aber, auch wenn es unvertretbar zu scheinen mag, besteht die Grundlage dieser Musikvielfältigkeit nur aus einem zwischen Akustik und Elektronik hängend Keyboard und Geigenbogen. Ein konsequentes gegenwertiges Synkretismus: grundsätzlich das ist die Herausforderung - konzertistische und nun diskographische - die von Andrea Manzoni und Zeno Gabaglio gewählt worden ist, um die in vielen Jahren musikalischer Tätigkeit sehr verschiedenen gesammelten Erfahrungen im Einklang zu bringen.
