Ascoltando il CD di Silvano Borzacchiello viene naturale pensare come una delle maggiori qualità e più tipiche caratteristiche del jazz sia l'interplay. Tale tipicità della musica improvvisata è evidente nelle esecuzioni del TRIO, in cui risaltano la coesione intensa, il reciproco scambio di impulsi e idee, e la naturale intesa che scaturisce da unità di sentimento e di concezione. Il risultato è una musica matura, ricca di spunti che derivano dal vissuto di ciascun solista e che si amalgamano, portando la musica a un livello molto alto.
Questa è musica riflessiva, interiore, sentita, che guarda all'importanza del lato estetico, alternando atmosfere e situazioni diverse a seconda dei compositori e delle loro simpatie per l'uno o l'altro maestro della storia del jazz.
L'aggiunta in alcuni brani di Danilo Moccia e Hilaria Kramer allieta un progetto di per sé già compiuto, con l'apporto di colori vivi, innovazione e freschezza.

If one listens to Silvano Borzacchiello’s new album it comes natural to think of how interplay is one of the most important and typical elements of jazz music. This element is clearly audible in this album, in which the Trio reveasl an intense cohesion, the exchange of ideas, and a natural harmony the consequence of common feelings and concepts. The final result is music which is mature and full of ideas that derive from each members’ own experience, and that convey towards a higher musical level.
This is music that makes you think. It’s intimate. It’s strongly felt. It’s somewhat concerned with esthetics. And it alternates the different feelings and situations of the composers and their preferences for this or that historical jazz master.
The contribution of tracks by Danilo Moccia and Hilaria Kramer add a touch of colour, innovation and freshness to this comprehensive project.
