Fabian Kuratli, 1970-2008

Altrisuoni is sad to announce that Fabian Kuratli (drums, Berne) has suddenly died on Wednesday, August 6th 2008, at the age 38.
Fabian was well-known to us thanks to his fine drumming on several Altrisuoni releases over the past years. In 2006 the Swiss phonographic archives even included him in a special review of Swiss drummers, alongside other greats of the percussive arts.
Altrisuoni as well as the entire Swiss jazz scene will miss him very much.
Our condolescences go to his relatives and to his artistic partners.
